February 8, 2003 To Everyone at Ehrlich's, and please pardon my gross tardiness in sending this letter. I had intended to write a Thank You to your company ever since our home remodeling was completed in October of 2001 - was it that long ago? I can't say enough good things about my dealings with your company. Rose had many suggestions, listened to what I wanted, and kept within my budget. Dan and Rick were the primary installers of our kitchen and two bathrooms. Their work was professional, timely, tidy (They left the construction area clean each night), and they took time to explain what was happening. Others from your company were also involved in our renovation and they were quite solicitous also. A special thanks to the gentlemen who unloaded our cabinets in the pouring rain! And, the whole project was completed within the anticipated date. Since the time that I employed your company, I have had the occasion to require other contractors for our home. What a contrast! I was expecting the same courteous and timely treatment. Ehrlich's had spoiled me! Again, thank you, everyone, for our lovely kitchen and baths! Even after a year and a half, they continue to delight me and look like the day they were installed. Congratulations on a job well done! - Kathy C.

January 18, 2004 Dear Hal: RE:   Master Bath Remodel (December 1, 2, 3, 2003) We are writing this letter to inform you of our satisfaction with the above reference project. The conduct, attitude and professional approach to the job with attention to detail, was very evident from day one to the completion of the project. The workmanship exhibited by your two employees Randy Smith and Gregg Popham is commendable. We wanted you to know that these two men did an outstanding and complete job and are a credit to your organization. We are very pleased with both the products and the installation. In addition, we want to especially thank you Hal for your invaluable assistance in correcting what could have been a real nightmare for us. (Remember the color pink!) Also we want to thank Rose and Eileen of your office staff for their patience and understanding. June 27, 2004 Mr. Hal Ehrlich                 We write this letter to share our appreciation for the excellent job done for us by Ehrlich Installation and Service, Inc. with the remodeling of our two bathrooms and kitchen. Everything happened just as you had told us in terms of date from start to finish, how long each room was tied up and when each room would be ready. During the planning stages with you. Rose and your team at; our home and in your showroom, we had to make many decisions about layout, space allocation, surface coverings, colors, fixtures and matching colors. Everything you and your team helped us with came out just as you said and as we expected. Randy and Charles who did the daily work were outstanding. They are amazingly productive and assured us each day of their progress, never missing a beat! They cleaned up every day and when they left after completion of the job all was in working order and perfectly in place! August 8, 2004 Dear Mr. Ehrlich, First of all, let me say that my husband and I are very pleased with our "new" bathrooms—they look great! Thank you for getting back to me within twenty-four hours of my call, to set up an appointment to give me an estimate. One other company I called took three weeks just to return my call, and another never called me back at all! A big thank you to Dan and Greg, who did the majority of the renovations. They were always cheerful, and left the work area cleaner than they found it! Timmy, the "paint guy" was great, even going out of his way to talk to my 9-year-old about the Navy. Thanks to Randy and Charles, who put in the corner soap dishes and didn't hurry me when I was trying to decide how low I wanted them! Dark was very efficient in swapping out the short vanity for the tall one we wanted— thank you too! Last but not least, a big thank you to Eileen, from your office, who tracked down the elusive toothbrush holder plastic "thingy" from Moen, and was always cheerful in answering my numerous questions!
